Check your plan and manage billing

Published · Updated

Use the pricing page and checkout for current amounts and terms. An old article, screenshot or promotion may not describe the plan available to your account today.

What should I check before subscribing?

  1. Total and billing period: Check the currency, charge and whether the offer renews. If an annual option is available, distinguish the amount charged for the year from any monthly equivalent shown alongside it.
  2. Allowance: Check the reply allowance or other limits shown for that plan. Your account overview displays Credits Used.
  3. Trial terms: Check whether the selected offer includes a trial, when it ends, and what happens afterwards.
  4. Promotion terms: Confirm that any code was accepted and that the checkout total changed before you complete payment.

Do not assume every plan includes the same trial or that an annual option always offers a particular discount. Terms depend on the offer shown when you subscribe.

How do promotion codes work?

ReplyPilot's checkout can accept promotion codes. If you have a code, use the promotion-code field and check the resulting summary. Eligibility and duration can differ by offer. If the code is rejected, contact support with the code or promotion name and the error text, without sending payment details.

Where do I manage an existing subscription?

Sign in and open Billing. An active subscription can show the current plan, next billing date, renewal or cancellation status, and Manage Subscription. That button opens the billing portal for your account.

Use the options available there for billing details or subscription changes. After making a change, read the confirmation and effective date. Do not assume a requested cancellation took effect until the portal confirms it.

If the page shows plans instead of the subscription you expected, check that you signed in with the account used for the purchase. Contact support if the mismatch remains; avoid buying the same plan again to troubleshoot it.

Does uninstalling the extension stop billing?

Do not use uninstalling as a cancellation method. Manage the subscription through the billing portal or contact support if you cannot access it. The extension and your subscription record are separate parts of the service.

What about a failed payment, duplicate charge or refund?

Email [email protected] with the issue, approximate payment time, and invoice reference if available. Refund eligibility and the handling of a payment problem require the actual purchase details; this page does not promise an automatic refund.

Never email a full card number, password, sign-in link or browser cookie. For access problems that stop you reaching Billing, use account help. If generation stops even though your subscription looks correct, follow troubleshooting and include the quota message shown by the extension.
