How do I update my subscription plan?

Log in to your ReplyPilot account on our website. Navigate to subscription settings. Select the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

What should I do if ReplyPilot is not generating responses?

Ensure the plugin is properly installed and enabled. Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

How do I verify if the Chrome extension is installed?

Log in to your ReplyPilot account. Click on "Account" in the top right corner of the page. Navigate to the "Extension" section to view the details. If the extension is not installed, you will see the message: "We can't find the Chrome extension, are you sure you installed it?" To install it, click on "install extension" in the top right corner. If you already have it installed, try deleting it and downloading it again.

What plan am I currently subscribed to?

Log in to your ReplyPilot account. Click on "Account" in the top right corner. Navigate to the "Your Plan" section. You will see the details of your current subscription plan.

How can I manage my subscription?

Log in to your ReplyPilot account. Click on "Account" in the top right corner. Go to the "Your Plan" section. Click on "Manage your subscription on Stripe" to update your billing information, change your plan, or cancel your subscription. Once redirected to Stripe, you'll see two options: Cancel: Select this option if you wish to cancel your subscription. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Change Plan: Click this option to view available plans. You can choose to either downgrade or upgrade your current plan. Confirm your selection to apply the changes.

How do I update my billing information?

Log in to your ReplyPilot account. Click on "Account" in the top right corner. Go to the "Your Plan" section. Click on "Manage your subscription on Stripe" and follow the instructions to update your billing details.

How can I change my password?

Go to the ReplyPilot website. Click on "Sign In" in the top right corner of the page. On the sign-in page, click on "Forgot your password?" located under the password field. Enter your email address in the provided field and click "Submit." Check your email for a password reset link. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

How can I change or edit my name?

Log in to your ReplyPilot account. Click on "Account" in the top right corner. Navigate to the "Your Name" section. Enter your full name or a display name that you are comfortable with (maximum character limit is 64 characters). Click on "Update Name" to save the changes.
