Get ReplyPilot ready for your first draft

There are three steps: install the extension, connect your account, and open it in a supported comment field. Work through them in that order if you are using ReplyPilot for the first time.

How do I install it?

Open the ReplyPilot Chrome Web Store listing in desktop Chrome and choose Add to Chrome after reviewing the requested permissions. You can pin ReplyPilot through Chrome's Extensions menu so the icon is easy to find.

How do I connect my account?

Open ReplyPilot from the toolbar and follow the connection prompt, or visit the extension connection page. Sign in when asked. Use the same Chrome profile for the ReplyPilot website and installed extension, then return to your social tab and refresh it.

If the page reports that the extension is missing or connection did not finish, check that it is enabled in that profile. A website sign-in alone does not confirm that the extension handoff completed.

How do I draft a LinkedIn comment?

1. Read the post and click the comment field you intend to use.
2. Type /rp to open ReplyPilot.
3. Choose the reply settings and give a specific instruction, such as “Ask how the author measured this result.”
4. Choose Generate and read the draft.
5. Check the facts, wording and target, edit the reply, and manually post if you are satisfied.

Do I have to finish personalization first?

No. You can learn the basic draft flow before completing a profile. Saved personalization is useful when you want recurring background and style guidance, but you need to enable the panel's Personalization switch for that draft. Start with the profile for the platform you use.

Can I use it on my phone or another computer?

This guide describes the desktop Chrome extension. Do not assume the same flow is available inside mobile social apps. On another computer, install and connect the extension in that browser rather than assuming the first computer's local settings have transferred.

What if Generate is unavailable?

Wait for any current request to finish and check the account's Credits Used display. If the panel opens but cannot generate, that is different from an installation problem. Follow troubleshooting and note which step failed before contacting support.
