What can you customize in a ReplyPilot draft?

ReplyPilot helps draft replies in supported desktop social comment fields. You can guide the wording and context, then review the result yourself. These controls are useful when they describe what you want to say; they cannot verify your facts for you.
Can I change the tone and length?
Yes. The panel offers Short, Normal and Long response lengths, with Formal, Casual and Sarcastic tone options. Quick Settings also include sentiment, emoji and hashtags. Choose enough detail for your point and check the finished wording in the social site's composer.
The panel settings reference explains each control. A setting is a drafting preference rather than a guarantee of an exact length or a particular reaction from readers.
How does personalization work?
Save accurate background and style guidance in Personalization. Then enable Personalization in the reply panel. The switch can be unavailable when configuration for the current platform is missing.
Role presets can supply example descriptions. Read them carefully and replace any experience or attitude that does not represent you. A detailed persona does not make invented experience acceptable. Follow the setup guide if the switch is unavailable or drafts still use the wrong voice.
Can I request another language?
Use the instructions field to ask for a language and register, for example: “Write in Spanish, with a warm professional tone. Ask one question about availability.” That is an instruction for the model, not a promise of perfect translation in every language.
Check names, technical terms, meaning and formality before posting. Ask a fluent reviewer when a misunderstanding would matter. The multilingual reply guide shows a careful workflow.
Can I use industry-specific terminology?
Give the draft the relevant term and what you mean by it. For example, “Use 'onboarding' to mean the period before a customer's first successful setup.” Check the resulting explanation against your own knowledge and source material.
Do not assume that a confident draft is technically accurate. For legal, medical, financial or safety-sensitive advice, use an appropriately qualified reviewer and avoid introducing claims beyond the information you can support.
Does it understand images and video?
The panel includes Analyze Media to request additional media processing where available. It does not guarantee complete understanding of every attachment, carousel, video or audio track. Look at the source material yourself and check any claim that depends on it.
Do instructions apply only once?
No. Instructions can persist in extension settings. Clear or change them when the task changes, and check that they do not conflict with the tone or profile you selected. Generate, review, edit and manually post only when the draft represents your intent.
